If you are sincere and know your feelings are true; go ahead and express yourself. It does not need any guts; it requires sncerity. As far as she is concerned, girls are generally shy in nature and even if she knows it would be better that you express it.

Love seeks trust, confidence, and will. U r not into a war but love. It is equally important 2 knw how u have judged her love 4 u 2 be positive. In case ur sure that love seeks dare not fear. Go ahead and propose but be prepaired 4 rejection. U will atleast cross the border what ever d result be.

okay: so let me get this straight..you like her she likes you...its perfect. you need to learn to get know this girl before you can say you are in love with her...hang out, if you have friends in common go as a group to the movies, bowling, clubbing, at a Starbucks or other coffee house, a restaurant, etc. then take it slowly. as you get to know her and her interests better and what she likes and dislikes ask her to a movie just the two of you and then to a nice dinner-ask her out. if she accepts ask for her # and there you go. from there on it is up to you ..a lot of the times girls like to hear the words i like you first before they say them such as in the case of my bf and i when he was the first one to tell me that he likes me and i told him back that i like him too.. maybe you just have to do that and ask her how she feels about you too..that is the best advice i can give you.

Ask the girl in a good-way to whom she love? If she say Yes to you then continue... as love make problems amoung people.
You can love her, if she do't have any problem.
So, first check this case with her...then take a good decision...it is natural that boys love girls..girls love boys...it is called life...
