Yes they do really help. Dont just do sit ups and crunches as there as so many different variations of stomach exercises that work different muscles in the stomach. for instance get in a push up position, but on your elbows. So the only thing touching the ground is your elbows and lower arms and your toes. Imagine that your body is an ironing board and keep it flat all the way through. Hold that for about 20 seconds then rotate your body in the same position but so you are on your side and on one elbow. Hold for 20 seconds and then go back to the middle and hold for another 20 seconds then do the other side.
Another one is to lie on your back with your legs in the air and lower first one leg to the count of 4 to just above the ground and bring it back up then lower the other leg. If your lower back is weak support it with your hands underneath your bum.
Enjoy your new flat tummy

Yes, they do.
1. If you're not used to exercising, I'd suggest just 5 to start off with, and then gradually increase as you find it easier to do. But try and get an instructor to show you the right way to do it. If done wrong, you could end up straining your neck.
2. The yogic way would be to pull in your stomach as often as you can. Squeeze you butt and your tummy tight, and keep it for sometime. Keep doing this. But keep breathing as well. This is also an effective way to reduce your tummy.
3. Try Pilates or Yoga
4. Take up dancing

it does work. I did in back in my school days about 30 to 100 sit up a day.
BUT...
After entering the work force, is too tired to do the sit up anymore... and my tummy is kind of saggy..
Not fat. But there seem to be loose skin around that area.
Think is cos the muscle loosen.
Thus, if you are really thinking of doing exercise, do rem you will have to continue for the years to come
Oh.. trying in the salon slimming treatment, no effect so far... Maybe due to me going about once every two weeks though.
