You should be looking at a more palpable method, instead of nonsense!!
None of that works it is bogus, you should know what you like because if you really love what you do, you will do what you love, instead of leaving it to something so non-factual and with such low verity, You decide, not the fortune telling-false mumbo jumbo!!
It's part of growing up, need to look at life in a more objective way!! Not superficially, especially when it comes to a career, which will determine a lot of things for the rest of your life. It is part of being or not being stable in your future and life over all, so think things through, instead of leaving it to a shaky unreliable source.
Knowledge is power, you need to do some real research!!

yep, hair and brains.
Hair on the palms signify madness (to be considering suchness and looking for it confirms it), and brains indicate a lack of it in the right place to consider the obvious.
Try giving mum and dad a break and completely and totally manage their household for a month or two. guarantee you'll know before the month is out if you have younger siblings.
Ooops do you even fend for yourself at home or does mum serve you hand and foot. Try managing yourself at home first before attempting the above.
Never mind looking for bull s..t in the palm.
wrap the palm around a shovel or a pen and see if you get a good grip, lol

Callouses & scars would lead me to think 'manual labor'.
Soft palms with the coins of the realm [or notes] would lead me to think something more brainy.
If you buy into that palm reading key rap, I've got some off-shore land to sell ya!
There MIGHT be SOMething to it...for some reason, palm readers 'sense' my skepticisum & refuse to 'read' mine! 8-o

Yes. Palmistry is a science and able palm readers can tell/forecast you correctly about your future,like astrology and other forms. We have several such in India and we mostly believe the predictions..
