I agree with the previous posts in that a thermometer measures temperature and a hygrometer measure humidity levels. A psychrometer, of sling psychrometer, can also measure the temperature and relative humidity levels. It is essentially two thermometers - one dry and one which has a wet "sock" or covering on it. You twirl the two around together for a couple of minutes. Since the dry thermometer measures the air temperature and the wet thermometer measures the amount of cooling caused by evaporation, the temperature difference (depressions) is a function of the humidity. Knowing the dry temperature and the depression you can look up the humidity in a standard table to calculate humidity.

Temperature is measured by a thermometer
Humidity is measured by a hygrometer
There are single devices that measure both, but they don't have a "combined name" - it would literally just be a thermometer and a hygrometer in one device.

For temperature, we use a thermometer(clinical, laboratory, minimum and maximum thermometer).
For humidity, hygrometer.

A Barometer is for Pressure, Mell!
It is supposed to pre-empt the weather. Lower pressure usually for rain, higher for fine!
All the guess work taken out as it is usuually marked as Rain, Fine, Change, etc.
