This was all I could find on pyramids in Europe. Lots on the Egyptian Pyramids, however.

The only ones I know about (in Bosnia) are still being uncovered. (Last I heard) It's probably going to take a while before anyone can say with confidence how they were constructed. Dang! I sure wish I had been along on that dig. Discoveries like this don't happen every day.
