Call your network and tell them that you want that specific # blocked or some phone have the option to block a number in security settings.

Check with your service operator! Ask him to provide you the call-barring facility.

you have to call your provider, and put that person on a list in your internal system, it takes 2seconds, and they can never get through, teehee, good luck
