it spreads thru people who have it who had sex with others who have it too, thru needles, thru blood transfusions....

If a person comes into physical contact which is restricted to intercourse with any female who is suffering from aids and continues to have sex with different females thereafter it is the begining of spreading of Aids a journey 2 hell. Inshort be comitted 2 a single female and vice versa she should be comitted 2 a single male else have safe sex.

Yes, it was mostly spread by homosexuals, and now anyone can get it by promiscuity and other means. If you lead a clean life, that will be your best protection, although you'll need to be careful about transfusions, ect.

the fluid contains the virus like the semen,saliva and the blood.everytime there is sexual intercourse,the virus is transmittted.they all have aids and they will wait for 5 years to make symptoms noticeable!safe sex with your partner not with just anyone you dont know well.
