HDTV is high definition television. If it is in HD format you probably wont be abled to veiw it because your monitor probably doesnt have it.

HDTV IS SHORT FOR HIGH DEFINITION TV.... IT'S A SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HDTV ENABLED TV SETS.
IF YOU TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A FILE NAMED HDTV FROM A TORRENT SITE OR LIMEWIRE... USE GOM PLAYER TO PLAY IT.. IT WILL DOWNLOAD THE CODECS EASILY.... ALSO SOME SYSTEMS DON'T SUPPORT HIGH RESOLUTION VIDEO FILES....

you need to have HD internet as well as a screen to view. yes it does exist. but prob. very expensive.
