Kaaba is a square walls which consists of many stones and has a room inside. and a door.It was firstly build by Abraham
/Ibrahim prophet assisted by his son Ismail.In Muhammad peace be upon him era,this Kaaba had been improved.Near its door lies a black stone from the sky called hajar aswad.Kaaba is a symbol of unity and the centre of this earth and it become a direction of praying or kiblat for all muslims around the world.Monolith is only one big stone and have no room and it has no special function as Kaaba.Kaaba is much older than monolith..Kaaba is visited by all pilgrimage muslims all over the world. for praying and thawaf walking around it seven times. with its direction is opposing with a clock hand.It is a God's house.Kaaba now is in the centre of Mesjidil Haram or Haram Mosque at Mecca..A biggest mosque in the world..

It doesn't. The Kaaba is square and the monoliths are long thin rectangles. 2001 and 2010 were fiction.
