most of the times it happened in home,office,public place females r made to know that they r second to men but i dont agree to this.What steps should be taken to prevent this?

In god's creation male and female are equal.So there is no room for gender discrimination.If a girl is given less importance in a clss she must try to ahcieve more in studies than the boy and prove her mettle.Like wise in the working environment .Generally
girls possess great mental strength and sharp anlytical power and quick grasping power than boys.So if they feel they are treated as inferior then they have to concentrate on their studies or arts any thing and succeed in their goal.To me girls are always superiro than boys .
