They have breasts because of Mother Nature. They get mad because it is demeaning and rude to stare at them. Your mother should have taught you that.

You have asked two questions .First thing is they didnt have their breasts on their choice.Its nature that had given them to enable them feed their offspring.
Generally girls feel more insecure if they see a male other than their blood relatives.Staring at their breasts may create a sense of fear in them that the guy may do some thing harm to them .
Its all psychological feelings.

We can't help that we have breasts. As far as getting mad when yall stare, that's not me. I get pissed when people make comments like, you have really big boobs. My response usually pertains to their small penis and low level education.
