The distance "AB" between two points A (x1,y1) and B (x2,y2) is
AB = √[(x1 - x2)² + (y1 - y2)²]

To get the perimeter of ABC, just add AB + BC + CA.
To get the perimeter of DEFG, just add DE + EF + FG + GD.
To get the perimeter of HIJKLM, just add HI + IJ + JK + KL + LM + MH.

You can do the maths... It is very tedious...

d = sqrt [ ( x2 - x1 ) ^ 2 + ( y2 - y1 ) ^ 2 ]

Plug in and add the distances, but don't cheat on your homework!
