Someone finding out that it's easy to be outside of an organization and criticize things but much much more difficult to be in charge and have to actually make things work.

Good actor, 2-faced governor. He says something liberal, but then acts conservative... or says something conservative, but then acts liberal.
Someone like that should not be entrusted to lead.
