I couldn't find Baby Wispers...or Baby Whispers, could you have meant Baby Secret? Searching ebay is your best bet for finding current selling prices. Mattel is not in the appraising business.

Write a letter to Mattel, with a photogaph of the doll. They can probably tell you the value.

go to the mattel website and look up vintage dolls or something like that.
