I've set up a simple form on my website, have filled it in and sent it (have got confirmation that it has gone). But I cannot seem to retreive the information.
I've gone into the Private folder on the website, then into form_results.csv (as I think that I am soupposed to) but the sent form is not there.
Any ideas?

you have a major chance of missing that form.you better rebuild and just send another again

maybe you have to set your permissions to write and read (on a UNIX server 666 with an ftp client on a windows server you have to change the settings in your account pannel), but try with a language like php or asp.net, it is a lot easier and faster to create a form... and a lot more powerfull, it'll take you just some hours to read a tutorial to create a form, and you'll do faster the stuff you like in the future..
