Got a close friend of mine who has a fat face, the rest of her body is super that she's afraid if she diets she's gonna ruin it. How does she lose the fat on her face??

There's not much she can do if she doesnt want to lose weight on the rest of her body. She should have a hairstyle that enlogates her face longish without a fringe, maybe layered at the sides close to her face. When she gets older she will probably get thinner in the face.

The best thing she can do is rather than diet increase her exercise. That way she'll keep her fantastic body, and it may even become more fantastic, whilst her body burns off the excess fat. It may be though that she has a naturally round face and there's very little she can do about it. Whatever the case your more than welcome to give her my phone number ;-) lol.

If you can get doctor's to inject botox and other new drugs to get rid of wrinkles, surely they can take out fat too. Although that seems extreme. She might just have a large bone structure to her face. I think she needs to focus on her positive attributes and not think so much about being perfect. The guys who are interested in her looks ONLY are probably not the guys she should date anyway.

How old is she? If she's in her teens to mid 20's it's just plumpness of youth.She'll be happy when shes in her 40's and all her skinny faced friends faces are sinking in, and hers will look perfect. I wouldn't get lippo suction on a face. that's not right>>>>>>>>>>

You can't spot reduce, shes just gonna have to hope she won't lose that super body from dieting.

She probably just has a round face and should be happy with it if her body is fine. There are makeup techniques and hairstyles that minimize a round face.

Does it matter?
She's obviously healthy if her body is OK. Support her and don't make it an issue. There's nothing wrong with her, the problem is these bloody crappy body facist times we live in.
