Does anybody know where to get euro tail lights for a 96 jetta GL?

Find a VW forum with members all over the world (I'll bet VW Vortex counts) and find somebody in Europe willing to send you a pair of the lights they use there. (These may not be street legal over here, though.)

Try contacting www.summitracing.com or call 1-800-230-3030, and talking to them. They can steer you in the right direction, plus they sell a lot of stuff like this. Have fun!!
