He should have stopped looking for his love one year ago when he made a vow to another woman to "foresake all others" and to be true.
So, what should a cheater do? I guess divorce his wife and make false vows to another cheater. You will never trust each other because each of you knows the other is a liar and a cheater, so I guess you deserve each other.

why did that person marry in the first place? just so that they can have someone to divorce later?
get out of it before there are more complications. and stop marrying people you don't love.
