how do i ensure that the settings i do, on the tools options menu, like report margins,date frmts remain same

before loading the application on the PC, i do all these settings, but many times i find that these settings chage automatically, and then either the reports take more pages to print, or the date format chages and confuses user and all

if you load a document it wont adopt your settings, it will keep the original ones.
Before printing the doc click on print preview to check that its to your liking
