the fact: Lossing your mucous plug isn't indication of once you will pass into labor. regularly, a woman can loose her plug everywhere as much as two weeks formerly labor. whether, given which you're already 38 weeks, it can not be that long. Now taht oyu have lost your mucous plug, your cervix will grow to be extra gentle to dilation. in case you will want to velocity up the labor technique, now would be a sturdy time to initiate. Nipple stimulation is the nost organic, maximum secure, and effectual way of helping your cervix to dilate. gently pinch and squeeze your nipples till you sense a contration. Wait 5 mintues, and then do it back. try this for about half-hour, and in the journey that your physique is waiting, labor will nautrally initiate. sturdy success!

Yes...it could be related to the pregnancy. Or maybe you just had something funky to eat last night. Think back: did you smell something this morning that could have onset your nausea? That sometimes does it. I remember my teacher in middle school would throw up the second someone opened a bag of corn nuts. I wouldn't be alarmed, and CONGRATULATIONS! I am very happy for you.

morning sickness can happen at anytime of your pregnancy - and it doesnt matter if you had it during previous pregnancies or not. Just see a doctor to moniter your baby, and check what you've eaten/ done, and see it you can point out any particular cause.

When I was nearing the end of my pregnancy, I got sick. I felt like I had the flu. I was told that some women get sick when they are nearing labor.
