Use ur player's settings to slow down the playing speed of video. If it is Windows media player (thinking it is v10), go to "View" --> "Enhancements" --> "Play speed settings" and adjust the slider at ur desired speed. Now get it played with ur slow motion.
Another solution if u r using any other player.
Download the video editing software from the following sources, install it and import ur video that nedds to be in slow motion, edit and set the speed slow. Enjoy!!!!

You can use a program like Speed Gear to slow down your computer, which will slow down the video.
