Only after a an innumerate amount of tea, 50 pull ups and 40 push ups along with a set of back relieving exercises. I really start to get my head together after this when I stare in the mirror and shave, I reach an almost meditational state then after a shower I am awake enough to realise I should never have got out of bed in the first place. lol

Normally I am awake the minute I open my eyes, but recently I have been ill and very run down in hospital, and I just can't seem to open my in the morning let alone get up and go. I hope I will feel myself soon, because I do not like this at all!.

Depends how late I went to sleep, usually I'm wide awake in 3 minutes or after a very cold shower if it's been that bad 3 hrs.
