How can sick schools be improved. Yes I want to know how schools in india which do not have any government aid and are solely dependent on students fee can be developed which are situated in slum areas. Need any support or free things that can be given to poor children.

The school should first of all increase the fee a little so that it is affordable by the students .Employ teachers who are financially sound and dedicated to teach at a low salary . Get the aid of rich people in the area to give scholarships to economically backward students who study well .I am sure there will be some broadminded rich near by .Last but not the least you can get financial assistance from the governing bodies who are bound to help since the need is genuine .

contact some charitable trust or any social organisation for donation.
ask student and teachers to collect fund for school if there is no other proble from parents.

A support is always a welcome. you will surely find philanthropist in any place for a sponsor, sponsor for such schools are not a big hassle.You only need to advertise the situvation in hand to such organisation .
