when i used the bathroom yesterday, i had some blood when i wiped and it was really red. i didnt have any blood for the rest of the day. my friend thinks i ripped my hymen. im not sure wat its like to rip it but then the day before, i had dance and we stretched our splits a lot. plz help? im scared.

Probably nothing to worry about. My friends broke and she lost over a cup of blood (which isnt totally normal.. but not harmful apparently, we took her to the hospital). If your really worried go to the doctor. But if you've stopped bleeding your probably okay.

I broke mine, i dont think you can rip your hymen, horse riding and i had the same thing, blood when i went to the toilet. its ok, there is nothing wrong with you, you may have got your first period, mark it on the calander and see if there is blood again in 28 days, give or take a day or 2, but you will be fine, and im sure if i can break mine horse riding, dance and the splits may just do it too. but you have nothing to worry about, if you are still worried talk to you mum or doctor.

Everybody does it eventually, when they have sex or during a strenuous physical activity, if the bleeding doesn't stop then you should see your doctor, ob-gyn
