Always studies improves your knowledge level and hence your value in society. In my opinion you may apply for Symbiosis for part time MBA if such course is available. However I have a serious doubt if you will get a seat taking into account your marks in T.Y.B.Com. and the budget constraint. So you should try to do the course from other institution wherein you are sure to get a seat.
I strongly advise that you should study further and get into higher knowledge exposure within your limitations.
ALL THE BEST!!!

my take is that most part-time programs may indeed teach you something, if you take them seriously
what they won't do however:
- they won't make you participate in class, in debate, all these very important things
- more importantly, they will rank much lower, if at all, on any potential employer's list of "credible" MBAs
many institutions offer "MBAs" that don't make any difference to one's resume, and very little to one's knowledge. So even though such MBAs may be cheaper, say 5 or 10'000 dollars compared with 30 to 50'000 for those from major schools such as Harvard, they're still worse investments because of what little you get.
Of course those so-called inferior MBAs are just easy ways to make money for the schools that offer them. But what you want is not to sponsor some school, it is to get the best return for your investment.
If you are not in for a major MBA (for various reasons, time, money, interest), maybe you can take a full-time marketing course from a (very) good school, that lasts only for a limited period of time i.e. may be more compatible with your schedule.

I think Symbiosis offer Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and not MBA. If you want to pursue MBA with specialization in Marketing, the best places are Sikkim Manipal University, Maharishi Dayanand University,Rohtak and Punjab Technical University. All of them supply excellent study materials, have study centers all over the country and are duly recognized courses.

Both your graduation marks and budget can make things difficult. Therefore instead of getting admission to a regular institute, you may pursue MBA online. NIBM offers online MBA at very affordable fee structure. It is very reputed due to its IAO accreditation. Go to the official website of NIBM for more. http://www.nibmglobal.com/

This is such an open-ended question. You need to select couple of colleges, and then either call them and get the info, or browse their websites and extract the needed info.
Good luck!
