well I'm 43 and i have a 10incher it still stays hard even in the swimming baths, and cold weather, can perform 3-4 times a night, so no it don't shrink, go see a doctor.

no it doesn't normally shrink but your ability to be erect may be impaired (erectile dysfunction) with age, making it a bit shorter in appearance. see a doctor if your penis is shrinking. cheers!
