Use a rubbing or polishing compound.
If the paint is fresh try D&L hand cleaner.

You didn't mention the time. Even after 1 or 2 hours of applying you can easily remove the spray by rubbing it. If you applied the color more than 8 hours ago, That would be a little hard to remove this paint, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
Try some polishing agent (RED NOT WHITE) and just like polishing , rub the surface, if this would be effective, wash the polished Surface with water & soap and apply the correct dupli color.
The final sloution would be to apply gasoline on the surface. Original paint of your car is cured in infra-red ovens and so, its resistance to aggressive fluids like gasoline is much higher than spary paints. So, the spray paint will be dissolved and original paint ( and unfortunatley its scratch) will remain. Wash the surface and apply the correct color.
Wish this will be the last repair your car get.

Dupli-color Auto Paint

I am assuming that the paint allready set on your car the best way of doing this is by color sanding, use a very fine grid sandpapper a 2000 grid will work perfect and sand it with water, this will take most of the paint and leave a smoot surface ready to try another paint. I recomend you go to an autopaint store since they have the correct codes for your paint and can match it to the exact color, some of those autopaint shops can even put the paint on a spray can ready for you to try again. Good Luck!
