I took the 2nd beeper to the closer FORD service dealer department but they wanted to charge me $40.00. It not fear with $40 I can bye another beeper. PLease tell me how I can do the 2nd one.

you mean not beeper but the clicker for the locks?
owners manual tells how...
turn key on and off 8 times, leaving key in on position after 8th time (DO NOT START AT ALL) within about 10 seconds... on 8th time doors should lock then unlock... push first button (will lock then unlock) push second button (will do same dance), then turn key off...
now try clickers.. both should work...
also do this in a place that isn't around people as you could accidently program their remotes into your car:-(
