What's to forgive now? He's always been a bigot when it comes to Jews. It's been apparent and openly expressed for years. Just because he gets drunk and fully admits it now we're supposed to care? Personally I am atheist so I have no stake in the matter but if you really cared, you would already have your convictions for or against him. Again I address my first question, do you forgive someone for being a bigot? They have their beliefs. They either mirror yours or they don't. He's a bigot. Are you? Christians, Jews, Muslims... they will never truly find a common ground. They can't, philosophically.

He did not personally wrong me, so there is no reason to forgive him. He has made some bad mistakes - that is between him, God, and those he has personally hurt.
It doesn't stop me from judging him for what he did. Bad form, Mel...bad form.

No way. He's a rich, egotistical a**hole that thinks he can do and say anything. His father is a raging bigot and you know the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Yes, he was drunk. He didn't kill anyone or injure anyone but himself. I know he doesn't believe what he said about jewish people. I think everyone should remember we build these people up, they are only human and make mistakes. I would hate for the world to know my mistakes.

no way. He said what he felt and what he said was outrageous.
What would a Christian say if a Jew or Muslim said that all Christians were, etc.?
