I voted for him twice. I didn't like the opposition, putting Kerry in office would have been a major disaster for the US. However, my voting for Bush doesn't mean I like all of his policies or agree with him 100%. I think he is letting down ALL of the people who voted for him.
As far as the terrorist plot in England and Europe, I think the Brits did a smashing job! If those people would have made it on board the airplanes, we would have seen some more planes destroyed and lots of innocent people killed. I do not have ANY faith in TSA at all.

Liberals have such a short term memory. But then I suppose you all get that way when you're filled with blind hate.
CAIRO, Egypt (AP) - Al-Qaida in Iraq warned Pope Benedict XVI on Monday that its war against Christianity and the West will go on until Islam takes over the world, and Iran’s supreme leader called for more protests over the pontiff’s remarks on Islam.
Protests broke out in South Asia and Indonesia, with angry Muslims saying Benedict’s statement of regret a day earlier did not go far enough. In southern Iraq, demonstrators carrying black flags burned an effigy of the pope.
The Pope Must Die, Says Muslim
A notorious Muslim extremist told a demonstration in London yesterday that the Pope should face execution.
Anjem Choudary said those who insulted Islam would be “subject to capital punishment”.
His remarks came during a protest outside Westminster Cathedral on a day that worldwide anger among Muslim hardliners towards Pope Benedict XVI appeared to deepen.

"I voted for George W . Bush and I think that Tony Blair will go down in history in the category as Winston Churchill.Winston Churchill saved England from Hitler and then you Brits took a big dump on him to."
You know very little. Winston Churchill has been and for a long time will be the considered the greatest ever Briton. Incidentally, Churchill led the allies against Hitler, since, ya know, he was innvading the rest of Europe. Different scenario from Blair blindly following bush into a personal grudge against his country's wishes.

My husband and I were talking the other day, when he was first elected, (the first time) there were Bush/Cheney bumper stickers on a lot of cars, and even some on the second election, but now here, it is very rare to see one... I have only seen one car in town that has one on it now, and I drive a lot.

BULL! The American newscasters were very clear that England did a smashing job in revealing and breaking up the terrorist plot to down airplanes going to America. Rah, rah for England and its special police force...whatever, they are called. America can take a few lessons from England in this regard.

I sure didn't but there's an awful lot of Americans who swallow that trash about Dubya fightin for our freedom or whatnot. Ridiculous! Dubya is actually repealing our constitution and bill of rights, literally. He is undercutting our democracy by trying to concentrate power in the executive branch on the basis of actual forged documents and known distortions. What shocks me is these revelations come out and the logic to support him just twists and worms its way around.
You bet your butt there's going to be terroism in the US. That's just something that comes with technology. You can get anywhere in under 24 hours and you can order parts for a bomb anonymously over the internet. It's just how it is. it's not worth sacrificing our freedom to live in some fantasy land built on corpses in other countries.

There are plenty who admit they voted for Dubya. I am NOT one of them! I hope we get better candidates in 2008! I vote for the candidate, but the party system forces me into being mostly Democrat and proud of it!

Most people who voted for bush are right wing fanatics so of course they not only will admit it, but want to scream it from the high hills. But of course, you have to live in a red state to be with those types, and a lot of red states don't have the internet yet.
