im taking the test tomorrow and my car has some problems like theres only one windsheld whiper and the horn doesnt work are they going to let me take the test anyway? i live in cali btw. also if there are some people out there that have taken the test could you let me know what they ask and some hints or tips on answering or passing?

I don't see why they souldn't - the test is about how good of a driver you are, not about what condition your car is in.

Without the horn they wont let you test or they will deduct points. They will test to see if the horn works, its a saftey issue.

in oregon your car has to have every thing working or no pass you need a horn for warning get up early and go to a junk yard and buy one
