Let me tell you story.

Mark and David were very close friends.

Mark owned a farm, and did very well for himself. David worked hard for a living, and was as well off.

One day, Mark invited David and his son Pat to come over and taste a crop of water melons.

David and Pat came along, and all of them sat and ate the melons. While David and Pat scraped the edges for the last bits of the juicy melon, Mark would just take the good bits and chuck the rest of it.

The young boy, looking around at the farm, asked his father
"Dad, when will we be really rich?"

David replied, "When we can eat a melon the way Uncle Mark does."

Rich is not a bank statement. It's a state of mind.
