ice storm with a snow storm you can at least see the snow but with ice you have what is called black ice which you cant see until its to late
as a example walk in the snow and then walk in ice you will have a harder time with the ice im sure

Ice storms. We have them in Texas all the time. It gets to the point that they have to close roads down.
At least you can drive relatively safe on snow.
