That would be a pay-per-view event that I would actually pay for. Ohio State is that good and the Raiders are that bad.

The should beat the raiders, they have a higher payroll and more convicts on their team than the raiders do.

Realistically, I see know way that OSU could beat the Raiders, or how any NCAA team from the last twenty years could match up to any NFL team. OSU would get manhandled. Their undersized secondary would get torn up by Moss and Porter. The linebacking corps. would be way outmatched. I think the most interesting matchup would be OSUs offense against a young, quick Raider defense.

I think what everyone needs to remember is that NFL players are the cream of the crop of the college game. This, and the experience factor would be too much for OSU.

Result:
OAK 42 OSU 10 (factor in one Brooks interception and The intangibles of Ginn/Smith)

Yes, on a serious note the Ohio State Buckeyes would defeat the Oakland Raiders in a football game.

Even the worst NFL could never lose a game vs. the best college team. College teams are just that, college. The worst NFL teams just look bad compared to the the best of the NFL, and would eat those pop warner teams up for a little snack.

I don't think Ohio State is that good...the Raiders are pretty terrible.

It would be a close game though.

I think the Snoop Dogg's Pee-Wee Football team can beat the Oakland Raiders right now, and that's not saying much for them.

No, they could not.

I love the Buckeyes, and this question is funny to ask, but no.

It reminds me of that ESPN commercial back int he 2001 season where that stupid kid said something like "the Miami Hurricanes could beat the Cincinatti Bengals". People just like to think that #1 in college and last place in NFL somehow overlap skillwise... they don't.

I wish the Bucks were under-rated as in years past. It makes winning an "upset" more fun, haha. :-)

You need to go smoke another crack rock. Ohio State isn't even the best team in the NCAA. They just have a lot of dumb fans. I would pay to watch Troy Smith get slammed every snap though. Oh, and by the way I am not an Irish fan. I'm an LSU fan. The officials ruined the LSU/Auburn game.

Not in YOUR lifetime.
I'd pay to watch just so I could laugh at you and all those Ohio State players getting hurt.

No, but the texas team last year could have beat the 49ers of last year or the Raiders of this year.
