It had to be someone she knows! If she gave her password out, someone has probably changed it! Until she finds out who did, she wont get on! You havent provided enough details to get a good answer either!

The best thing to do is create another account with a different password.

when you log on and its the wrong password. You should be able to say you've forgotten your password and you will be asked the question that you answered when you opened the account, that should allow you access.

if it was free account then not possible if you dont remember your secret question and answer .for paid you can call yahoo
