elementary education is for children, grades kindergarten - 6th grade, it's for young children typically ages 5-11.
There is no site I know of where you can do elementary education online, you have to enroll through a public or private school system in your area or home school the child, which you have to go through your state and the home school alliance, the state can give you that information.

Elementary education is not a file or something from a site on the net. Though education varies in different cultures and as taught in different countries, elementary (by definition) is the first years.
Here in the US we have "elementary" school (grades 1 through 5), "middle school" ( 6 through 8th), and "high school" which is grades 9 through 12.
