Part one- Where can you go on the net to find someone?

I have a sister that was adopted out at 6 months of age and would just like to know if she is looking for us, just out of curiousity sake. I don't want to upset her life if she isn't but don't know where I could go to check on line. I live in Canada, Sask. and wonder if anyone can help?
