Girls like flowers because they're very beautiful and smell nice. A guy would only really appreciate them if they were a scientific phenomenon.
Thus, I think you should find a flower called "Tigridia". It is very strange because it only flowers for one day per year, though what day that is differs from plant to plant.
Otherwise, Venus Fly Traps are just plain AWESOME (and also have a very beautiful flower during the right season, which is a fact many people don't know)

There is nothing called manly flowers or girly flowers. Please remember there are no terms or conditions when giving flowers to someone., it doesn't matter it is a man, you can give any flower to him...even the roses.
I accept any flower from my girl.

It is probably not an issue of which flower, but of color. Bright colors might work better.
Each flower has a meaning, might want to check that out before you send.

I would say no flower is really a boy flower. If i was to recieve any plant at all I would like a dinosaur plant. Lasts for 50yrs! check it out!

I would choose based on color... so not pink. :) Red roses or maybe blue carnations. Men enjoy getting flowers too.. especially if it's the first time getting them!!!!
