Yikes! lol... having 6 babies? I couldn't do that. I have a 2 year old and one coming in a week and I already feel overwhelmed!I don't think age is an issue. My personal opinion is that I will get my tubes tied after my 3rd child and no more kids after 30. My mom loves being a young grandma (she is 43) and I know why. I just want to be able to see my kids have kids ya know. I am 24 (in 3 weeks) and I am glad I had them young. That is my opinion and I have nothing against the age thing. I dont believe in abortion so I would keep it anyways.

It's not the age that concerns people. Infact, it seems so unfair that people can have children before 40. Maturity, is the key factor to raising a child. Being a responsible parent is vital.
I'm late 40's, so I guess it's 2 minutes to menopause, and I have had none, I can't find a man with quality. If you know of any children needing adoption, please email.

As long as she is healthy and has the means to take care of child number 6. You know like not on welfare, has custody of the other 5, has a job possibly even a career, you know, things like that...

I don't see a problem. I would advice the expectant mom to get an amniocentisis (to rule out birth defects and help prepare a parent, too) and to be aware of the complications that older moms-to-be can have (gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, downs syndrome, etc.).

WHY??? 5 is enough. My auntie's is 40 and she has 18 kids, so maybe 6 isnt enough. LOL. But if you have the patience to deal with 6 kids, go for it!

If she is physically able to carry a baby and able to take care of all 6 kids emotionally and financially more power to her.

As long as she actually wants the child (wasn't careless with birth control), is healthy, and can support the child (both financially and mentally) then why not?

I say go for it as long as she's prepared for any complications (which I'm sure she would have thought about with each child anyway!)
