We went out and pass out a lot of business cards and post them at people's vehicles at the festival fair ground, and the prospect call the office phone number instead of our cell phone (which is printed in the biggest font).The prospect talked to the person who answers the phone, and this person went out and drove the miles to explain the business and they sign up under them.We also drove the miles just to post flyers at people's cars too.She just found out that it was our prospect because the prospect probably show her our business card.She call my husband to apologize that she have our prospect and she didn't know. My husband said she could have the prospect because it's too late. But we have already told everyone in the office that we went to passed out 4,800 business cards at the festivals. How could she forgot about it? it will be weird if we said YES, that was ours and give it back, how would the prospect feel about it? Would you want the prospect or would you let it go?

Well you can tell that person that she can have the prospect, but next time she recruited a prospect, she should turn over that prospect to you instead. Just do an exchange.
