The man is in no way mentally handicapped and he will not get off easy because the media and some members of the public are so blinded by their dislike or hatred of the man they have no idea who or what he is.
History may give him a better break than many of the media or public. It remains to be seen.

Mentally handicapped?! He's extremely incompetent, to put it more bluntly! Bush will not get off easy at all for his egregiously impeachable offenses! It'll be a matter of time before he has to face the national electorate for the way he misbehaved!
