For the last couple weeks I've just wanted to sleep all the time. My breast hurt and are extremly sensitive. I'm nauseous. But I had a period last week and I took a pregnancy test which came back negative.

it could be possible. Take another pregnancy test but first thing in the morning, right when you get up. The pregnancy hormone is higher in the morning. You can still have your period if your pregnant.

Was your period on time and normal? If it was late it is possible that you may have had a miscarriage. If so and the symptoms persist, then you might need to see a doctor.

Take a second pregnancy test to verify the negative result. Make sure you follow the directions and leave the test in the stream for as long as it says.

Did you want to be pregnant? Maybe you are going through a mild depression because your not pregnant.

It could be possible. I'm not a doctor or anything, but the same thing happened to my sister. If the last time you had sex was close enough to the time you were due to start your perod, then you could have gotten pregnant and still had a period. Wait a week or two, and if you're still feeling ill and whatnot, either get another home test or (for accurate results) go to your doctor. It you're not comfortable going to your doctor (for whatever reason), then most cities have a community health department and they'll do a test for free (or at least really cheap) and it's totally confindential.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test done, you will then know for sure. it is possible to have your period while being pregnant.

Early signs of pregnancy:

Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs

If you had sex it is possible to be pregnant. Sometimes you bleed when the egg implants. That is usually about 1/2 way between your periods. It is a light period/bleeding. Was your last period normal? or lighter? Try the pregnancy test again in a week. Good luck.

Go to the doctor. many things can cause a false negative on a home pregnancy test. Your symptoms sure sound like pregnancy to me.

If you had your period and the test came out negative, then why would you be pregnant?

its possible. my friend still got her period until she was about 5 months pregnant. just wait a little while longer and go to a doctor for blood work, its the only way to know 100%.

Just wait a little while, and if something starts moving around inside you, you're either pregnant or you just ate at Taco Bell.
