There's a product for cracked heels but I can't remember the name. The box shows a woman's feet with some flowers, I think.
Diabetic foot care supplies might help, too, since they have to give that area particular attention.
There's also a product called Zim's Crack Cream for hands--it should also work on feet.
Or you could use petroleum jelly at night, and sleep in a pair of white cotton socks.

Soak them in a TideDreft and water detergent bath
for as long as you have time to do so.Tide/Dreft has a drawing agent that will draw out splinters or in my case a bone I had stepped on. It will clean and soak the dry skin and then you can rub the dead damp skin off with a brush. Dry well and then put vaseline on very thickly and wear socks to bed. Soak, rub, and vaseline for several nights and there will be a great improvement. If you can do it on the weekends wear the vaseline socks all day.It will help quicker. Best wishes!

Vaseline would work, however, if you're uncomfortable with that, I would personally recommend a lotion by the name of Eucerin, preferably in the extra strength version. It's extremely gentle and quite effective (I have had similar problems with my feet)
