My son did that for a while. Sometimes if they start playing it can mean they're full, but he had just figured out he could do it and thought is was pretty cool. I sat off to the side a little when I fed him, and ignored the behavior. He got bored and stopped doing it. If she still eats food when she starts doing this, she's probably not full. Do not deprive her of food. At 8 months, if she's not in immediate danger of hurting herself, someone else, or something else, ignore it. She'll outgrow it, and, in the meantime, put a plastic tablecloth under her highchair, wear an apron, and put a vinyl bib on her. Feeding a baby is messy business.

Food is a new thing for babies, different flavors, textures. It is easy for it to become a game. There is really nothing wrong with bubbling blowing, but it is hard to be patient (espeically when you just want baby to eat and be full) Sometimes you have to offer more than just one food at a time. Some babies need variety, a little veggie here, some fruit here and then maybe some pudding. It will help her stay focused and make eating less of a one flavor, texture and boring ordeal.

Stop feeding her when she does that. If she wanted to eat it she would not be blowing it at you. You poor thing, this brings back memories...just let it go or try offering her different things.

Are you maybe feeding her too fast?
it could just be fun game to get a reaction out of you at this point, or maybe she would like to try feeding herself very small bits of finger foods(cheerios, bread,,,,)

Her stomach is roughly the size of her fist so she is probably full. A small tummy means they get hungry frequently, but it doesn't take much to fill them up.
