Yes If You Visit An Unsecure Network That is Not Yours Microswipe will track you down, come to your house, retrive all your data on youyr hard drive such as illegal programs yopu downloaded porn and so fourth then they will take your whole computer and sue you for copyright infrindgement

the extra risk from an unsecure wireless network is because potentialy people can grab your internet packets or set up evil twin sites that mimic the real ones. As always have adequate protection like a good firewall, trojan detection and a virus detector and be alert especialy when downloading or being asked to key in sensitive data

There is no more danger in an unsecure wireless than with any other newtork wired or wireless. It's up to you to make sure your firewall is up and your virus protection current.

no, just by connecting to an unsecure network is bad enough, if they have a virus hibernating in their systems, it might get transferred to yours. the virus's you get from websites, you will get no matter which network it is (provided you dont have firewalls etc.)
