Perhaps because we are so politically correct that we overlooked the fact that they should not be driving. But it's also possible for the blind person to be the passenger in the back seat and not driving. But I have often thought that we have taken being PC too far...but maybe I'm wrong.

Because it's cheaper for whoever made the machine to manufacture just one universal style of button for all ATM's, regardless of the location where they're installed.

Good Question, since they can't see what the questions are but the blind driver bit is stupid if ur blind even leagally but not completely they are not going to let you drive....

ROFLMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder....same reason they have brail menus at McDonald's.....one day I'm gonna roll up in dark shades and ask at the window for one of those menus just to see or better yet hear if i get any responses

for the blind drivers....haven't you run across any of those on the road? you'll recognize them because they don't use their turn signals, they stop for no apparent reason, they swerve from lane to lane...
