I hate when they show those games because they're so boring to watch. And none of the girls are hot like soccer or volleyball. Why is it still a league? The championship game had a half full arena. It's like watching a middleschool boys team.

The only reason the WNBA still exists is because of the NBA. If the NBA wasn't supporting it and promoting it and helping it grow, it would've tanked years ago.
I don't watch the WNBA because it's just not exciting. It has nothing to do with the fact that they're women. Men always get labeled as sexist pigs whenever they say they dislike the WNBA, but come on, sports are about excitement and entertainment. Michael Jordan dunking over two defenders is exciting. An Allen Iverson crossover that literally breaks the ankles of his defender is exciting. Shaq slamming it down, almost bringing down the backboard, is exciting. Fifty lay-ups, one after the other, are not exciting. Case closed.

Hey it's about the game of basketball which girls\women have been playing for almost as long as men. If you really had an open mind and focused on the basketball game, you would see that those women are balling. The sport (do you know what that is) is not about how hot a woman is looking, so do you watch the nba because the men are hot? I watch it because I really enjoy the game of basketball. Babyboy you have a very shallow and superficial view of things; try to get out of that small box you live in and let your mind grow. I think you need to grow up, oh wait I forgot, girls mature (mentally) faster than boys. Oh my bad, I guess I got wait about 5 to10 years before you can truly grasp what I'm saying.

Does your TV only get 1 channel- or something? Why are you watching something you obviously DON'T like? The WNBA games are televised because there are alot of people who DO like to watch those games- and it pays the advertisers to sponsor them. (Oh, & by the way, if your TV DOES only get one channel- then learn to read. -There are LOTS of great sports books out here... -I'm in the middle of one about the career of Michael Jordan, right now...)

im right with you....i seriously dont know. Only womens sport worth watching is volleyball, and the only womens volleyball worth watching is beach volleyball.
