No you can do that in level 1. Go to edit. If not, level 2 is easy to get.

By the way tell you some jokes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. no, you can be at any level. you just go to where you view your own answers activity and then go to edit profile. you can choose from there.
