No you can do that in level 1. Go to edit. If not, level 2 is easy to get.
By the way tell you some jokes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.

no, you can be at any level. you just go to where you view your own answers activity and then go to edit profile. you can choose from there.
