You can learn to hang glide and have the power of flight.
You can learn to scuba dive and have the power to breath underwater.
You can learn a martial art and have fighting powers.
You can learn animal training and have the power of animal communication.

Pour some toxic waste on yourself.
The pros- YOu could get some cool powers. Extra arms,feet,etc.
