1- take the foam rubber
2- stick it on the door
3- cuts the borders
4- cover the foam rubber with a heavy woven (for example alcantara)
5- you can finish the perimeter with a decorated border

6- put some garnishings on the shutters of the door

(the work is effective if you do it on the two facades)

You can use cork that comes in sheets, just secure it on the door and it will soundproof plus you can either leave it as is or paint it for a cool look!

Use the accoustics material to soundproof the door... It could be a Low Density Hard board etc... Just go down to the hardware stores, and they will give you a variety of accoustices material... Choose one of them according to your budget and fix it

The cheapest way would be to put weatherstripping on the door jamb and to install a door sweep under the door.

You could replace them with a door that is rated for sound proof. Other than that I don't think you can because they are made of only thin wood and cardboard.
